The purpose of this viewer is to provide claimants who have received a Measure 49 Election Notice with information on high-value farmland and forestland and ground water restricted areas as defined in Measure 49. This viewer should be used as a first step in determining if your property is high-value farmland or forestland or in a ground water restricted area. If you have information showing that your property is not high-value farmland or forestland or in a ground water restricted area as defined in Measure 49, you may submit such information during the supplemental review of your claim.

Measure 49 Map Viewer users should be aware that boundary changes may have occurred since these data sets were compiled, and that some parts may no longer represent actual conditions. Although we have worked to provide the best geographic data that we can, The State of Oregon, the Oregon Departments of Revenue, Land Conservation and Development, Agriculture, Forestry, and Water Resources, the Oregon State University, and any other data-providing entities (including but not limited to Oregon Counties) cannot accept any responsibility for errors, omissions, misuse, misinterpretation, or positional accuracy discrepancies in the digital map data or underlying records. Users should not use this data without a full awareness of its limitations. Users are strongly cautioned to verify all information with the relevant city, regional government (e.g., the Portland area’s Metropolitan Regional Council (METRO), the Lane Council Of Governments (LCOG), etc.), county, and/or state agencies before making any decisions. All information provided by county agencies has been developed to support county taxation and assessment processes, is not necessarily suited to the use of making individual property-based determinations related to Measure 49, and should not be used in place of a Land Survey. Users should address any questions and comments about the tax lot information directly to the relevant county authority.
